Panthers Party celebrates ‘Jammu State Day’ in Jammu

Jammu Tawi, January 1

Panthers Party headquarters at Jammu celebrated the New Year (2016) day with hoisting National Flag at JKNPP headquarters in Gandhinagar and Rajinder Bazar Road, Jammu Tawi today declaring the reorganization of Jammu and Kashmir with statehood status to Jammu Pradesh and Kashmir Valley. The party declared that the people of Ladakh region shall be free to opt for Union Territory.

The Panthers Party has declared this day as the day of establishment of Jammu Pradesh (Jammu State) and Kashmir Valley states, which is the only way to ensure delivery of justice to the people of Jammu Pradesh (Muzaffrabad to Kishtwar and Kathua to Banihal). Prof. Bhim Singh addressing a historic rally at Jantar Mantar where Panthers Party office in exile is situated,  Singh said 1st January, 2016 shall be the foundation day of the Jammu State (Jammu Pradesh) and Kashmir Valley state so that both the provinces shall work as a confederation as integral part of Union of India. Singh said that Parliament enjoys supreme power to amend any part of the Constitution of India. This mission of confederation of J&K shall be achieved through amendment in Article 370 by the Parliament of India. Article 370 has already been reduced to nulity with the abolition of Monarchy in J&K by the J&K Constituent Assembly on 20th August, 1952.

Several senior leaders Rakesh Gupta State Secretary, Sewa Singh State General Secretary PTU, Neeraj Gupta Zonal President Jammu, S. Zorawar Singh, participated in the celebration.
