Pathania convenes Janta-Darbar at Ramnagar

Providing a viable platform for on-spot redressal of various issues faced by general public Ranbir Singh Pathania MLA Ramnagar convened a public darbar cum grievance redressal camp at Ramnagar, where besides general public, officers/officials drawn from various government departments were also present. Various issues faced by general public were discussed and officers were issued spot instructions for redressal of these grievances.
While addressing the general public, Pathania unfolded his vision of four-dimensional development of Ramnagar constituency. He further said that he stands for inclusive development of one and all – with special focus on weak and under-privileged sections. He further informed that development would be ‘All-inclusive’ and not selective one as witnessed during previous regimes. Further taking a dig at certain way-farers and vested interests, he said that present phase of vision- based development with a humane and natural touch in Ramnagar cannot be deterred by frivolous and fringe elements who are filing RTI Applications and staged complaints just to harass and slow down officers and put a spanner in development.
Amidst thunderous applause from public, he elaborated his vision to provide connectivity to each and every hamlet of his constituency, he assured that all the roads whether under PWD/PMGSY/NABARD or any other executing agency will be macdamised and blacktopped. He informed that recently as many as 28 projects have been taken up under PMGSY to improve road connectivity. He further vowed to macadamise and blacktop all PMGSY roads which were carved out decades back and are in shambles as on today. To improve the power scenario in Ramnagar and ensure uninterrupted power supply, he unbundled a three pronged strategy – Delinking power supply of Battal-Ballian Industrial Estate from 33KVa Ramnagar line; Commissioning of Battal-Hiranagar-Manwal line; and establishment of 2×20 MVA grid station at Ramnagar for which land is being identified.
Prominent among those present were Rajinder Sharma, Sham Lal (Mandal Pardhans, BJP), Jagmohan Singh (Ex-Sarpanch), Smt Raj Kumari, Kartar Chand, Master Gopal, Sachin, Omi Puria, Vijay Pardhan, Bimla Devi, Mohan Singh,
Hemraj and wide galaxy of local leaders and party representatives.
