PDP-BJP government anti-kissans, anti-youth and anti-poor people: Sadhotra

A meeting of prominent workers of J&K National Conference, Block Marh, was held today under the chairmanship of Thakur Chagar Singh, local Senior leader, Block Marh. Addressing the meeting, former Minister and Senior leader National Conference, Ajay Sadhotra criticized the anti-Kissans, anti-Youth and anti-Poor People attitude of the present PDP-BJP Government.

Sadhotra alleged that PDP-BJP government is anti Kissans. The farmers are feeling depressed and insecure and are living miserable life due to sky touching rates of fertilizers and seeds. They are getting very meager return of their produce so much so there is no mechanism on the part of government to procure the produce of the farmers. Standing crops of vegetables are being ploughed as there is no provision of support price to the farmers. The state PDP-BJP government has no policy for the youth to provide employment. The State Government is pushing the youth towards wall which is very dangerous trend, said Mr. Sadhotra. He asked the government to be serious about the employment of the youth and create more and more employment avenues for youth. PDP-BJP government is creating avoidable crisis by adopting anti youth policies, he alleged. Prime Minister Mr. Modi at the time of Parliament Elections has promised the youth of the country to give 2 Crore jobs to youth in every year which proved to be hollow slogan and youth are getting frustrated. Sadhotra further said that PDP-BJP government is totally ignoring the poor people who deserve old age and widow pensions which is not being given to them. The poor people are facing hardships. Sadhotra asked workers to strengthen the hands of Dr. Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah.

Others who were present during the occasion including                Thakur Chagar Singh, Master Prem Saini, Master Paras Ram, Piar Singh Sarpanch, Sub.Ghasita Ram, Charan Dass Bhagat, Ch. Keemat Lal Sarpanch, S. Inderpal Singh Sarpanch, Narinder Singh and others.
