PG students demands faculty, boycott classes at Bhadarwah

Students undergoing Post Graduate course in Chemistry at Degree College Bhadarwah today held a protest demonstration and boycotted their Classes while demanding proper faculty.     Students of PG Chemistry are up in arms against the higher education department and college authorities, alleging that they are playing with their future by not providing them specialised faculty for both theory and practicals which is badly effecting their studies and future prospects.   “The level of teaching in classes is very low, all the teachers who are taking PG classes are not specialised for PG courses. Thus the students are not satisfied with their teaching,” alleged one of the protesting student Vishal Manhas.     “Students are suffering in both theory and practicals, specialised staff is the primary demand of PG students,” he added.     While aknowledging problem of the students, college administration assured them that the issue will be looked into and taken up with the higher authorities at the earliest.
