Protest against hike of petrol, diesel prices

The workers of Dogra Front and Shiv Sena (AG) under the leadership of Ashok Gupta took out a protest at Jammu city against the hike in the price of petrol and diesel by taking out a cycle rally and carrying the two wheeler in their hands as now with the surged price of petrol it is impossible to get it filled.
The hike in the price of petrol, diesel and LPG will add up to the surge in the price of kitchen which will affect the pocket and the budget of the common man as it will disrupt it completely.
Gupta stated that the decision to further increase the prices of Petrol and Diesel will worsen the lives of the common man already reeling under price rise.
The slogans of the Modi government will be affected by the price hike in the essential commodities as it will have a bad affect on the good and the developing deeds of the government in the span of past 2 years. He further stated that the hike in the price of LPG will have a very dual affect as it will not only disrupt the budget but also provoke people to go towards the primitive ways of cooking. Due to the high inflation in the price of the pulses and vegetables the people are already reeling under the pressure as the prices of pulses have soared up to Rs 210 kg and the basic vegetables such as Peas, Spinach, Lemon, Cauliflower there prices are touching sky high.
Increase in fuel price will also increase in food price. This will have a more severe impact on poor people because poor households spend more than half of their income on food. It is a chain reaction once started will affect all in the days to come.
The party people who were present at the time of protest were Sukhdev, Raju, Tinku, Bantu, Kala Ram, Ramp Paul, Pardhanu, Nikku, Abhishek and various others were present.
