Rajouri police rescued 9 bovine and arrested two smugglers

As a part of drive against menace of Bovine smuggling, Rajouri Police led by I/C PP Chingus SI Mohd Rafiq under the supervision of  Station police officer (SHO) P/S Rajouri inspector Chaman Gorkha,  during intervening night on a specific information laid nakas/checking at Kallar, Chingus,.  During naka checking Police seized a TATA mobile bearing registration No. JK02AC-4752 and  rescued 07 bovine animals.  Bovine smugglers fled away from the spot taking the advantage of darkness. In this connection, Case FIR No.189/2016 U/S 188 RPC, 3 PCA has been registered at P/S Rajouri and investigation going on.

Similarly, Station house officer (SHO) police station Dharamsal  Inspr Darshan Singh under the supervision of assistance superintendent of police (ASP) Nowshera on Intervening night  on a specific information laid naka at Solki Dharamsal. During naka checking Police seized a TATA Mobile bearing registration No. JK02AP-0649 and rescued 02 bovine animals and arrested two bovine smugglers identified as Shakoor Ahmed son of Munir Hussain resident of Channi, Mohd Azam son of Salam Din resident of Jangral, Teryath.  In this connection, case FIR No.26 /2016 U/S 188 RPC, 3 PCA has been registered at P/S Dharamsal and Police has started further investigation into the matter.
