While addressing the huge gathering, Vinod Sharma lambasted and flayed the anti ReT policies of the state Education Department. He said that SSA salary which is a chronic problem has not been streamlined and is pending for last more than 6 months in almost all the districts of the state and the families of these teachers are on the verge of starvation as SSA teachers are unable to provide proper food and clothing to their children and medicines to their ailing parents.

He further said that Teachers regularised  under ReT scheme be designated as teachers and not by a created term     ” RRT”  and be brought under same transfer policy as for general line teachers by implementing  honourable high court order and regularisation process be speeded up .

Meanwhile the executive body of forum threatened to launch statewide protests and gherao the Assembly in coming days if the screening test order is not revoked and SSA salary is not released immediately and they appealed the Chief Minister and the Deputy Chief Minister to personally intervene in the matter of screening test and SSA salary so that thousands of ReTs of the state may not suffer any more.
