SDM Chatroo visits far off areas, Check Govt offices

After initiating action against large number of employees for remaining absent from their duties, Sub Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Chatroo Qazi Masood Ahmed has warned the employees including government teachers to perform their duties properly or be ready to face the action. According to reports, SDM Chatroo conducted tour of various far flung areas of Chatroo Division wherein he (SDM) inspected various schools, health centers, Anganwari centers, CAPD stores and other government office beside also held a public Darbar at High School Gurinal which was found locked by SDM Chatroo since last two years couple of days ago during the visit. During inspection of the various school; to the disappointment of SDM Chatroo, officials accompanying him along with the general public, students of 2nd and 3rd standard fail to recites ” Cat” and “Elephant” spelling for which he snubs the teachers posted in these schools with the warning to them to prepare the basic spellings of all the alphabets of these poor students within two weeks time and categorically told them that in case of their failure to do the same, he (SDM) will brought the matter into the notice of higher authorities for initiating action against such teachers. After inspection of government offices, a public darbar in revenue village Chatroo of hamlet Gurinal was presided over by SDM Chatroo Masood Ahmed Qazi (KAS) which was attended by Tehsildar Chatroo/Mugalmaidan Irshad Ahmad Butt, TSO Chatroo Tariq Rasool Munshi along with all sectoral officers of Sub Division Chatroo. The public was given full liberty to highlight problems and grievances faced by them. After giving patient hearing to the grievances of the people, SDM Chatroo assured people that all their issues and problems will be sorted out in time bound manner and give clear cut directions to all the officers and officials that any kind of negligence on their part in any routine work will not be tolerated.
Earlier SDM Chatroo inaugurated Aayush Medical camp at Mugalmaidan and interacted with people and health staff.
He also directed them to give preference on distribution of free medicines available in hospitals instead of prescribing medicines to be purchased from open market.
