SEBI disallowing wilful bank-defaulters

Dear Editor,
Security & Exchange Board of India (SEBI) has taken right step by disallowing them to raise funds. But on the contrary, our intelligence authorities including even concerned ones economic-intelligence clear names of wilful bank-defaulters for prestigious national honours of Padma awards. Even such willful bank-defaulters manage to find place in important government-committees due to their influence on decision-takers.
Even more shocking is that Union Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) sits over representations made for taking back Padma awards from such undeserving persons even despite verdicts from Central Information Commission (CIC). With cases of willful bank-defaulters rising especially including famous and influential ones, rules need to be tightened so that such undeserving ones may not get any government-honour, and also may not find place in any government-committee.
Those already having been given such honour and privilege, should be stripped of from such honours and privileges publicly with adequate publicity to highlight flaws in system which gave those undeserving ones undeserved respect and honour from the government.
