Jammu Tawi, May 1
Akhil Bharat Hindu Mahasabha (ABHM) on Monday condemned the brutality of Pakistan Army when bodies of two Indian soldiers, one JCO and AS BSF Head Constable were mutilated following firing inside Indian Territory. In a press statement, Mahasabha said, “It is now the time to give a befitting reply to the Pakistani arrogance and teach them lesson. The Sabha also expressed concern over dictatorial condition of Kashmir valley and said,” Portrayal of poster of Burhan Wani in Degree College Pulwama and subsequent clashes present a very gloomy picture where Government seems to have lost all control and a state of anarchy is now evident.
“Once again the Jammu and Kashmir Police are being eyed upon by the militant groups and their formations as well as patrols/deployments being subjected to attack, which is alarming. Today’s attack in Kulgam on a Cash Van in which seven persons including five Policemen and two security guards lost their lives indicates the renewed strategy of the militant groups to loot cash for utilising the same for expansion of their activities in the months to come, they added.
Expressing deep shock over the innocent deaths, the party leadership impressed upon the Government to come up with a concrete plan to bring a solution to the serious problem which if not tackled in time may lead to a situation that may hinder the Amarnath Yatra. Tourism season has already suffered a big jolt as most of the bookings have been cancelled thus speaking adversely on the economy of the state and the people connected with this industry, said Seema Mahajan, President Women Wing of Hindu Mahasabha.
