Sri Guru Gobind Singh Public Higher Secondary School (SGGSPHSS) Kunjwani today celebrated its 35th Annual cum Prize Distribution function with great zeal and enthusiasm at school auditorium.
Commissioner Bharat Scouts and Guides, I D Soni was the chief guest on the occasion while social worker and poet S K Jain was the guest of honour. Chairman Guru Nanak College of Education Prof Harbans Singh, Principal, Gurtaj
and Administrator Charanjeet Kour along with eminent citizens and parents graced the occasion. The theme of the programme was unity in diversity. Students from nursery to 10 class participated in it. The little angels enthralled the audiences with their spectacular performances. The middle wings presented a skit on heritage of India. The senior wing with their song performance reminded everyone that living with love and harmony provides the real essence of life. Principal Gurtaj Singh presented the Annual report highlighting the yearlong achievement of the school. Prize distribution was divided into two categories. In first category, state level winners were presented trophies and certificates. In second category, 150 students got trophies and certificates for their inter house competitions. I D Soni gave away the prizes to the meritorious students.Soni appreciated the efforts of the staff and the students for the hard work and labour.
