Sham Choudhary distributes blankets & Shawl to needy people on birthday of Atal Bihari Vajpayee

Minister for PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control Sham Lal Choudhary today distributed Blankets and Shawl among the Poor and Needy People in the function being organized to mark good Governess on the eve of 93rd Birthday of celebration former Prime Minster Atal Bihari Vajpayee in Border village Mula Chak of Suchetgarh Constituency. While addressing the gathering the minister said that the state govt is committed to provide good governess as promised by Atal Bihari Vajpayee. He also asked the people to follow simple living life style of to achieve the goals in their life. The minister further called upon people to take optimum benefit of State and centrally sponsored schemes being implemented for the benefit of the people in the state. He said that the aim of the government is to provide all basic amenities to the people at their doorsteps and emphasis is being laid on providing better road connectivity, power supply, said drinking water and improved sanitation facilities. He laid stress for educating the girl child as central Government has announced many welfare schemes for them including Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao, State marriage Assistance Scheme.
