Sikh organizations to organise State Level Religious Examination-2016

To inculcate the moral and religious values among the youth of community Shri Guru Ram Dass Langar Sewa Charitable Trust Jammu and Kartar Education Trust in the aegis of Gurudwara Singh Sabha Kathua is going to State Level Religious Examination-2016 competition in the coming days. Nominated by the organizations, the organizer of this competition Master Gurnam Singh said these words while addressing a press conference organised by District Gurdwara Prabandhak Committee, here on Sunday.

Master Gurnam Singh further said that youths from third to sixth class and from seventh to tenth, class would participate, in two categories. He further added that competition would be into two phases. The participants after getting their names registered would appear for examination fixed on May 15, 2016 at Kartar Public School Barnoti. The successful candidates scoring positions up to fifth position would further participate in grand finale, scheduled at Satwari Camp on May May 21, 2016.

“The participants can get the admission forms from Guru Singh Sabha”, he added.

Appreciating the efforts of organizations, Sardar Charanjeet Singh Bhola President DGPC said that organization is working with a motto of giving right direction to the youth of community.  He further said that it is an effort to unite the youth to the culture and Sikhism besides inculcating moral values among the present youth. he appealed the youths to participate in the competition in large number.
