Sports is necessary for overall growth of students: Hajj Anayat Ali

JKAC Sports Club on Wednesday organised a Chess Competition at Shri Ranbir Higher Secondary School in which fifty students of several schools participated.
Haji Inayat Ali Sahab Chairman Legislative Council, Jammu Kashmir was the chief guest during the occasion.
Participants of class 6,7,8 are in Sub Junior Category and Participants of 9,10,11are in Junior Category. ikjot Singh got gold, Rishab Matto got silver and Angadpal Singh got Bronze in Sub Junior Category and Janvi got Gold, Samridh got Silver & Harshveer Singh got Bronze in Junior Category.
Chairman Legislative Council Haji Anayat Ali congratulated to all the participants, distributed certificates and Prizes to winning participants. He said games are necessary but chess is a game which helps us in developing brain so such competitions should be not be stopped at this stage but carried out in all the district’s as well at state also. Chairman Legislative Council assured full help whenever required in organizing such events. Raj Kumar President of JKAC Sports Club thanked all the schools for their participation in Chess Competition, thanked Chief Guest Hajj Anayat Ali Sahab for sparing his valuable time in short notice of time and Specifically Principal and STAFF OF SRML Model HSS Jammu for helping and allowing us in organizing competition in school premises.
