Students of Bright Land School, Agra visit border areas in J&K

In an initiative by White Knight Corps, a Tour for students of Bright Land School, Agra (UP) was conducted in border area of (J&K) recently.  The group comprising of 25 boys alongwith their school staff were taken to forward locations along the Line of Control (LoC) and were given a first hand experience of a soldier’s life. The visit to forward location was successful in shaping the hearts and minds of the young students. A mesmerizing orientation to the forward area was followed by an interactive session with Officers and Troops. The exposure provided an opportunity for the students to learn about the rich ethos of the Indian Army and the commitment of our soldiers in safeguarding the frontiers. Their confidence, beaming and happy faces are a testimony to the fact that the students immensely benefited from the exposure which will have an everlasting impression on their minds.

Students were thrilled by the spectacular view of Line of Control and the accounts of unmatchable heroics from the past wars. They thanked the Indian Army for their support during the visit and returned with a great sense of pride.
