Sumit Bhardwaj is a rising star of musical world belonging to Poonch has been selected by the Voice India as a singer to make his presentation on (& Tv) which is being relayed on December 18, 2016 onwards. Sumit who is a production of Saraswati Sangeet Vidyalaya, Poonch, sponsored by Kehkashan cultural organization by the blessing of his uncle, Master Kartar Chand, Sooraj Singh and Sheikh Sajjad Poonchi (a show man of 90s) at Gujjar and Bakarwal Hostel, Poonch, wherein Sumit presented his first performance on the stage at the age of 12 years.

He is at present doing his post-graduation in fine arts at Mumbai, where he is attached with various musical and cultural organizations of Bollywood. He started his first journey to Mumbai when a renowned music director (Ismael Darbar) selected him in a musical programme (Choona hai aasmaan) sponsored by Police organization (Jammu and Kashmir), the programme will start broadcasting from December 18 and whosoever wants him to continue his journey to the top can vote for him via SMS. Other details will be shown in the programme.
