Terrorists attack security forces’ party in J&K’s Pulwama; 1 CRPF jawan injured

Terrorists ambushed a security forces’ patrol party near Gangoo in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Monday morning. Reports said one CRPF jawan was injured in the attack.

On Sunday, an assistant sub-inspector (ASI) of the CRPF and a civilian were injured when terrorists lobbed a grenade in Pulwama district.

According to police, terrorists lobbed the grenade at security forces near the Tral Sumo stand in the Pulwama district located in South Kashmir.

A police official said ASI Asim Ali of the CRPF and a civilian, Mehraj-ud-Din Sheikh, suffered minor injuries in the attack.

Both the injured were evacuated to a nearby hospital for treatment. An investigation has been launched into the attack by the police.
