Theft at Kathua: Rs 35 Thousand, gold stolen

The series of theft cases in ward no. 17, have left people of Kathua City in shock. The inefficiency of police department to arrest these miscreants is quite evident.
The recent theft case has been reported from same area where thieves swept away Rs.35 thousand cash and gold jewelry. The incident took place when Dr. Sangeeta Ajrawat who was posted at PHC Barwal , resident of Ward no. 17 near Radio Station was out with his family members to attend a function. When she returned home, she found out that the
lock of main door was dismantled.
As she entered the main door, she found out that the house was in shambles and that all of the belongings were scattered all over the house, wardrobe almirah was also wide open. She informed the police, after got information
police along with the FSL team reached on the spot and collected important clues.
A case of theft has been registered at Kathua police station of against unidentified persons.
Police is in search of the thieves and hoping to catch them soon.
