Training Programme on Int’l Day of Yoga Inaugurated

To develop the Common Yoga Protocol for the International Day of Yoga, A 36 hours Training Requirements Programme was inaugurated by Vichar Kranti Manch Int’l in the J&K State at Samriti Bhawan Bakshi Nagar. Mr. Rattan Lal Mahajan (Ratto Shah), a Social Reformer and Former President of Ware House and Nehru Market Federation, was Chief Guest Sh. Narinder Kumar Jain, State President, BM Meditation Trust and Research Centre Kup (Pb) presided over the function.

The function started with lighting of Traditional Lamp, Yoga Expert and Advisor VKMI Sh. Sodagar Shah explained the details of programme to be taken up during month long Common Yoga Protocol (CYP) in connection with the celebration of Int’l Day of Yoga 2016, which will be concluded on 21 June 2016. Mr. S. K. Jain, President explained the need of Yoga in day to day life, as it is a process of progress at Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual level. With the efforts of our Worthy Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, The United Nations has declared 21st June as Int’l Day of Yoga. At 1st stage ten schools are being involved in Yoga Training Programme, out of which five Schools M/s Vimal Public School, Govt. Hr. Sec. School for Girls, Spring Blossoms Public School, Shiksha Bhawan School and Govt. Middle School Bakshi Nagar, participated in Common Yoga Protocol. The Activities Aims and Objects of the Manch were also explained. Others who participated were C. M. Sharma, Abhinandan Jain (Financial Advisor VKMI), and Ashok Gupta Zonal President. Brij Bala, A Yoga Teacher demonstrated the Yogasans, Chander Mohan Sharma General Secretary, conducted the programme in a nice and befitting manner.
