Kishtwar, July 6
A veterinary camp was organised at village Dachhan in Kishtwar district by the Army, recently to addressing the concern of people of remote areas in Kishtwar who are dependent on cattle for their daily sustenance.
The camp saw widespread participation and was a huge success wherein about 2237 cattle were treated. The team of Veterinary doctors rendered their services and free of cost medicines was also distributed. This camp was instrumental in carving out a niche for better health efforts of the livestock. The continuous and relentless efforts of the Army towards conduct of such camps have been greatly appreciated and lauded by the locals.
