Jammu Tawi, December 5

Addressing the media persons here, Sharma said that the settlement of Burmies which according to Government figures six month back 5700 and by now it must have increased. These people are being settled in clusters, they are provided water connections, electricity and also ration by the persons sitting in the administration.
It transpired that a Burmies cluster establish in Narwal Bala got engulfed in fire where some persons have died and the people of the administration and in some NGOs were working day and night to provide them material for reconstruction & providing water connection & electricity & other facilities so that they initially construct huts & by the passage of time they construct Pacca houses.
It is strange how these Burmies people after crossing Bangladesh and entire India have come to this sensitive state to provide hideouts and shelter to the anti-social elements. Already thousand of Bangladeshi is settled in different clusters around the city which too is an alarming situation.
