Vikramaditya promises to solve problems of rural areas

Member of the Legislative Assembly (MLC) and senior leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Vikramaditya Singh said that coalition government headed by Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti is committed to ensure balanced and equitable development in the State.
He said that coalition government has a vision for the development of the neglected and ignored belts of the State.
Addressing a public meeting at village Magal in Katra dedicating a transformer to the people of this belt, Singh said that the present government, under the leadership of Mehbooba Mufti is working on the agenda of accelerate developmental activities in the State.
He said that development of whole state is on the agenda of the government but rural belts are the focused areas to improve socio economic conditions of the people living in the rural areas.
Vikramadiya Singh said that peace and development are the two priority areas of the coalition regime and the government headed by Mehbooba Mufti is committed to establish lasting peace in this region.
Vikramadiya Singh said that it was shocking to see that despite being a neighboring village of a rich town like Katra, there had been so little development in this area. He also assured the public that he would take up the matter with regards to supply of safe drinking water and completion of Maghal-Pamot bridge with the concerned ministries. The metalling of village Maghal from main road was also brought up. Vikramaditya said he would be taking up the demand with the R&B ministry to undertake the same at the earliest.
