Vinod of Samba bags U-12 boys’ gold

Vinod Pal of district Samba bagged first place in 32 kg weight category of under-12 boys on the second day of the ongoing 13th J&K State Wushu Championship at Indoor Complex, MA Stadium, here today. Those winners on the day-two of the competition were given away medals by the chief guest, Member Parliament, Muzaffer Hussain Beigh. He also congratulated the state’s medal winners at the international level, Bhanu Partap singh (silver medalist in the World Cup) and Rajinder Singh (silver medalist in the Asian Championship) as also the coach, Kuldeep Handoo.
