A woman was raped by her neighbour in Udhampur. Police have registered a rape case in this regard.
According to sources, a 50 year old woman lodged a complaint with the Police that she had gone to ease herself in the night when she was intercepted by one Vicky Kumar and later on raped. Police was informed about this. A case was registered in this regard. Raids were conducted to nab the accused but he was not accused.
