A woman was photographed wearing a plastic cover as a replacement for a helmet in Hyderabad.
Cyberabad Traffic Police tweeted a picture of the woman and issued a road safety warning.
“The helmet should cover the full head, but the cover should not be used as a helmet. Wear a helmet. Be safe,” it tweeted.
