A man was killed in a road mishap that took place this morning at Purmandal Morh in J&K’s Samba district.
According to the report, the accident took place when a scooty bearing registration no. ‘JK21J1693’ hit by a speeding unknown vehicle at Purmandal Morh road in Samba and the operator of the unknown vehicle fled away from the scene.
After the incident, the Bari Brahmana police reached at the scene and took the lifeless body of the victim in their custody and sent it for autopsy.
Sources has said that the deceased belonged to Jakh area of Samba. However, the identity of the deceased is yet to be identified.
