Two persons have lost their lives in a road accident that occurred on Surinsar-Sidhra road on Tuesday.
As per the report, the mishap happened when an overloaded auto bearing registration no. (JK021CN1843) fell into a deep gorge at Aitham on Surinsar-Sidhra road, leading to the death of the vehicle’s driver and a passenger.
The deceased have been identified as Raj Kumar s/o Krishan Lal r/o Patoli, Bari Brahmana of Samba and Krishan Lal s/o Inder Singh resident of Jain Bazar, Jammu city.
After the accident, the police brought the deceased persons to GMC, Jammu and their post-mortem is being conducted.
A case has been registered at Sidhra police station.
