A man has lost his life and a pillon rider suffered injuries in a tragic road accident that happened at Dadura village in J&K’s Reasi district on Wednesday.
The deceased is identified as Kamal Singh, 22, s/o Kartar Singh and the injured is identified as Dinesh Singh s/o Balwant Singh residents of Thakrakote, Reasi.
The report said that the mishap occurred at 8am when a Bus ‘JK02Y0725’ and an uncontrolled bike ‘JK20C3346’ collided with each other at Dadura near Radha Saomi Satsang bhavan in Katra of Reasi, resulting in on spot death of the biker and wounds to another.
After the collision, the locals rushed the victims to Primary Health Care, Katra where the doctors pronounced Kamal dead on arrival.
A case has been registered at Katra police station.
