Tahir Hussain, who hails from Topneel area of Doda has been seen in a viral video on social video that he is removing snow operating a wooden earthmover in his region.
The act has left the people in awe and they are lauding his innovation.
Tahir Hussain is from Topneel village of Kashtigarh of Doda district.
