In a tragic incident, four persons of a family died when a landslide struck their mud house in Reasi district of J&K this morning.
As per sources, the mishap happened when a landslide struck a mud house in Chassan area of Reasi district in Jammu, following which a woman and her three kids passed away.
Due to the continuous downpour in the area the victim mother identified as Phalla Akther, w/o Mohd Farid (30) and her three children identified as Nasima Akther, d/o Mohd Farid (5), Safeen Kousar, d/o Mohd Farid (3), Samreen Kousar, d/o Mohd Farid, aged 2 months, died on the site, when landslide occurred.
While two other persons Kalu s/o Juma (60) and Bano Begum w/o Kalu (58) have suffered wounds in this landslide mishap.
The bodies of the deceased have been recovered from the debris and the injured have been taken to a local health facility.
