Jammu police on Tuesday detained a notorious bovine smuggler for repeated offences, wanted in many cases, under the Public Safety Act (PSA).
Continuing its crackdown on wanted criminals, a team of Nagrota Police station, SSP Jammu, SSP Nagrota and Incharge PP Sidhra PSI Arun Sharma detained the accused and lodged him into prison. He has 5-6 FIRs registered against him in different police stations of Jammu.
Ghulam Murtaza resident of Sidhra is the accused cattle peddler who has been arrested under the PSA.
A case under section 8 of the Public Safety Act (PSA) has been registered against the accused at Nagrota police station.
