A woman died while trying to save her kid in a house collapse in J&K Udhampur district on Wednesday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Sandhya Devi, 30, wife of Ajay Kumar resident of Bredian village of Udhampur
The incident happened when the woman was bathing her baby then suddenly a common wall of her and neighbouring mud house collapsed on her, resulting in on the spot death of the mother.
The woman passed away while trying saving her baby from the house collapse mishap.
When the family members saw the incident, they took out the woman from under the wall and rushed her to GMC, Udhampur, where doctors declared her as brought dead.
