On 06/11/2024, one lady namely Zareena Begum W/O Mohd Shakeel R/O Buddhkannari produced a written application at PS Darhal mentioning that her minor daughter name with held (17 years) was kidnapped by unknown person. On this instant case FIR no. 85/2024 U/S 137(2) BNS stands registered and investigation of the said case was taken up. Soon after this, Dy. SP Thanamandi, Rajouri, Parupkar Singh (JKPS) under the overall supervision of SSP Rajouri, Sh. Randeep Kumar (JKPS) constituted a special team led by SHO P/S Darhal to trace the kidnapped Girl. The team swung into action and with the help of technical & Human intelligence, Police conducted many raids at different places and finally after hectic efforts coupled with Technical analysis, the kidnapped minor Girl was recovered from Ghura Sankri, Tehsil Kotranka Rajouri & reunited with her family. The family and locals paid gratitude to District Police Rajouri for this Swift action.
