At first, J&K Govt to receive complaints of citizens in ‘Drop Box’

In an innovative idea of reaching out people to address their grievances, Jammu and Kashmir Government will now receive complaints from the citizens in ‘drop box’ to be placed in every Panchayat in Jammu and Kashmir.
The drop box will enable citizens to register their complaints and grievances with the Government.
The directions were issued by the Lieutenant Governor, G C Murmu while chairing the first meeting of the Administrative Council here at the Raj Bahwan, which was also attended by K K Sharma, Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor, Farooq Khan, Advisor to the Lieutenant Governor, BVR Subrahmanyam, Chief Secretary and Bipul Pathak, Principal Secretary to Lieutenant Governor attended the meeting.
