Karachi-based fashion designer Sonya Battla recently tweeted a picture of her grandmother’s handwritten wedding invitation from 1933 that goes viral.
The wedding invitation, written in Urdu, was for a wedding that took place in Delhi’s Gali Qasim Jaan where Urdu poet Mirza Ghalib’s residence is located.
