Jammu University providing documents online

The University of Jammu, during the prevailing COVID-19 Pandemic, has come out with another online application for obtaining different documents like provisional certificate, degree certificate, migration certificate, duplicate marks certificate, overall marks certificate, appearance certificate, etc., which otherwise used to be obtained manually from the University.

This has been done to provide relief to the students who otherwise had to physically come to the University for depositing forms, checking status and receiving said documents from the University.

This online application has been developed by Mr. Ravi Kant Verma and his entire team working in the Computer Section of the Examination Wing under the supervision of Prof. Rajni Kant, the Controller of Examinations, University of Jammu.

The Vice-Chancellor, Prof. ManojDhar, has complimented the team of Computer Section of the Controller of Examinations Wing for having developed this product which shall be helpful for the entire student community especially during the tough times like the prevailing COVID-19 pandemic. He further stated that the University is trying its level best to facilitate the students with more innovative online applications.

According to this communication, the candidates shall have to visit the University Website www.coeju.com and make an online fee payment of Rs. 100/= after which they shall be allowed to upload the requisite documents (along with the online fee payment receipt) required for obtaining any of the above mentioned documents from the University.

The online application has been designed in such a way that the candidates can also check status of their application and once the document status is shown as “ready”, the candidate shall receive it within a stipulated time frame, by post at their postal address (provided while applying online).

This facility has been provided to make the Examination related facilities more hassle-free and student friendly in accordance with the current situation.
