Former Chief Minister and PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti said that doubts are being raised about the encounter in the Rambagh area. In this operation, three terrorists were killed by the security personnel.

Three terrorists, including the leader of The Resistance Front (TRF) terrorist organization, wanted in the recent killing of civilians in Srinagar, were gunned down by the security forces on Wednesday.

Mehbooba tweeted, “After the alleged encounter in Rambagh yesterday, legitimate doubts have arisen about its authenticity. The PDP chief alleged that according to reports and eyewitnesses, it appeared that the firing was one-sided.

The former chief minister said, “Once again, the official statement does not match the ground situation seen in Shopian, HMT and Hyderpora. The slain terrorists have been identified as TRF chief Mehran Shalla and Pulwama residents Manzoor Ahmad Mir and Arafat Sheikh.
