Srinagar turns white due to fresh snowfall affecting normal life

Srinagar, the summer capital of Union Territory (UT) Jammu and Kashmir, has turned white due to fresh snowfall since early Tuesday morning, disrupting normal life.
Roof tops, trees and electric poles, open fields and vehicles had turned white due to snow. Very less number of vehicles could be seen plying on city routes with very low speed due to slippery conditions.
