A woman has suffered injuries in a bear attack in Magam village of Kashmir’s Kupwara district on Sunday morning.
The victim identified as Gulshana Begum wife of Mohd Jamal r/o Magam of Handwara at around 11:30am was attacked by a bear, who wounded her seriously.
The woman was rushed to GMC, Handwara for treatment and after getting first aid she was referred to Srinagar for advance treatment.
