The Jammu and Kashmir BJP unit on Thursday (May 2) has appointed election in-charges and co-in-charges for the Anantnag-Rajouri parliamentary constituency, polling of which has been scheduled on May 25 by the Election Commission of India (ECI).
J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina has nominated election in-charges and co-in-charges for the Anantnag-Rajouri parliamentary seat, Ex-MLA Balwant Singh Mankotia will be in-charge of Poonch constituency, while Ex-District President Mohd. Rafiq Chishti will be the co-in-charge.
Ex-MLC Mendhar, Pardeep Sharma will be the in-charge of Mendhar constituency and DDC-Mendhar HQ, Wajid Bashir Khan (Tickoo Khan) will be the co-in-charge.
MLC, Madam Shahnaz Ganai will be the in-charge of Surankot constituency and its co-in-charge will be DDC, Adv. Sohail Malik.
For Rajouri constituency, Surjit Singh Salathia, Ex- Minister will be the in-charge and Ch. Talab Hussain, former MP will be the co-in-charge.
For Budhal constituency, Ex-Minister Er. Abdul Gani Kohli will be the in-charge and Adv. Dev Raj, Sr. BJP Leader will be the c-in-charge.
Mr Iqbal Malik has been appointed as the in-charge of Thanamandi constituency while Mr Qayoom Mir will be the co-in-charge.
For Nowshera constituency, Sham Lal Sharma, Ex-Minister, will be the in-charge and Rakesh Raina, Sr. BJP Leader will be the co-in-charge.
For Anantnag constituency, Mr Shahnawaz Khanday will be the in-charge and Adv. Syed Wajhat Hussain will be the co-in-charge.
For Anantnag West constituency, Mr Rajeshwar Kumar, Distt. Prez will be the in-charge and Mr Rafiq Wani will be the co-in-charge.
For Anantnag East, Mr Javid Zargar will be the in-charge and Mr Akhtar Hussain Pahari will be the co-in-charge.
For Bijbehara, Mr Firdous Bhawani will be in-charge and Mr Abid Hussain will be the co-in-charge.
For Pahalgam, Mr Shakti Raj Parihar, Ex-Minister will be the in-charge and Sofi Yousif Ex-MLC will be the co-in-charge.
For Kokernag, Mr Majnoo will be the in-charge while Mr Imran Hussain will be co-in-charge.
For Dooru, Adv. RS Pathania, Ex-MLA will be the in-charge and Mr Pinka will be the co-in-charge.
For Kulgam, Mr Tariq Keen Hussain will be in-charge while Mr Zubair Ganai will be the co-in-charge.
For Devsar, Mr Saleem Bhat will be the in-charge and Mr Abid Bhat will be the co-in-charge.
For D.H.Pora, Mr Nazir Ganai will be the incharge and Mr Mohd Amin Chak will be the co-in-charge and for Zanapora constituency, Mr Kousar Natnoo will be the in-charge and Mr Muzaffar Rishi will be the co-in-charge.
The appointments have been made by J&K BJP president Ravinder Raina in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections for the Anantnag-Rajouri seat.
