Jammu: A young Indian Army Captain tragically passed away due to a medical condition in the Akhnoor area of Jammu, officials reported on Sunday.
According to sources, the officer, identified as Captain Rudra Pratap Singh, suddenly collapsed and was immediately rushed to the Military Hospital in Akhnoor late Saturday evening. Despite medical efforts, he could not be saved and succumbed to his condition.
Captain Singh, a native of Varanasi, will be laid to rest with full military honors in his hometown on Monday, officials confirmed.
