Sunil Dimple president mission statehood, led a protest for the restoration of statehood, against the irretionaly reservation of the assembly seats, without the proper representations to the deserving communities and BJP is doing everything unconstitutionally, as the case on abrogation Article 370, 35-a demolition of the j&k dogra state is in the SC.
Addressing the protesters Sunil Dimple said the BJP decision taken on 5th August 2019, abrogation of article 370,35-a, demolitions, demotion of J&K state into UTs were unconstitutional steps.
Dimple retreated from the demand to restore j&k state, special status, 370,35-A, PRC, not to hold parliament, others and assembly elections after the SC supreme court verdict on article 370 was announced.
Dimple said no communities Sikhs, POJK refuges, christen, nor gujjar, pahri communities are satisfied with the nominations of the assembly constituencies seats. All are feeling betrayed.
He said irretionaly distribution, nominations of the assembly seats, without the proper representations to the deserving communities; the BJP is doing everything unconstitutional to divide and complicate the j&k situation by polarization of the voters.
Dimple criticized the KP nomination of the two assembly seats, as they have filed the case in SC against the Laws of the j&k maharaja Harisingh dogra state laws for abrogation of article 370. Dimple alleged the Kashmir community communities who have no contribution in saving j&k state, history, demography, identity, culture of j&k princely state, after abrogation of article 370,35-A of Mahraja Hari singh ji j&k Dogra State, ran away at the time of need.
He said Kashmiri pandits demand Share from the j&k dogra state, against the Mahraja Harisingh Law of PRC, state subject have filed case in SC for the dismissal of the article 370, 35-a and the terms and conditions of the instrument of accession signed by dogra Mahraja Hari singh ji during the accession with india.
Dimple appealed to the CJI of India of Supreme Court SC to direct the BJP to stop nomination of Assembly seats by divisive intentions. “till the verdict on article 370 is announced in SC”. Dimple alleged such communities are demanding nominations in assemblies & share in j&k state, what a
cruel joke.
Dimple demands reservation to Sikhs of whom majority have migrated from POJK suffering huge loss of life.The other leaders are Vijay Virdi, Swarn Singh, S kala Singh, Lohori Shaha, Arun Verma, Sham Sharma, Vikas, Depak, Mohan Lal and many others.
