A woman who attempted suicide has succumbed to her injuries yesterday night in GMC Jammu.
As per report, the woman yesterday afternoon jumped from the Tawi river and was later rescued by local police and people.
The deceased woman was identified as Pinky Jasrotia (43) resident of Samba district.
The woman was brought to GMC Jammu for treatment where she breathed her last.
After the deceased’s autopsy her body was handed over to her family for cremation.
