Popular Pahari leader and former minister Syed Mushtaq Ahmed Bukhari on Thursday joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at the party head office in Trikuta Nagar of Jammu city after the union govt provided Scheduled Tribe (ST) status to Pahari community in J&K recently.
Bukhari, in the presence of J&K BJP President Ravinder Raina and other joined the BJP, who resigned from the party in 2022.
NC leader Shenaz Ganai from Poonch joined the BJP in New Delhi recently.
