Aaliyah Kashyap, the daughter of Anurag Kashyap, posted her wedding video to her YouTube account precisely one month after the wedding. The couple’s haldi, mehendi, cocktail party, wedding, and lavish reception were all featured in the 19-minute movie.
The celebration of Aaliyah’s marriage was a dream come true. Aaliyah’s Haldi celebrations on their terrace, which were attended by their close friends and family, kicked off the video. Anurag Kashyap’s tearful embrace of his daughter was captured in the video.
Thereafter, the film showed Aaliyah and her family and friends celebrating her mehandi in her home. In her mehendi design, Aaliyah included photos of her adorable pets.
The scenes changed to the cocktail party, where Imtiaz Ali, Aaliyah’s mother Aarti Bajaj, and Kalki Kochlin were dancing with the newlyweds and having a good time.
Finally, on the day of the wedding, the pair was spotted discussing one another.
Shane broke down when he declared, “Aaliyah is the girl I’ve been searching for my entire life.” Without a doubt, she is my soulmate. I am ecstatic. Aaliyah then spoke with emotion, saying, “I feel so fortunate that I met someone who loves me so much.” I simply believe that he is my best friend, and I want to be with him forever.
Shane’s mother spoke about Aaliyah, saying, “I’ve felt at ease around Aaliyah from day one. She respects us greatly, has a lovely heart, and is a lot of fun. She is like a daughter to me.
The video then featured Aaliyah and Shane tie the knot in traditional attires and taking part in various rituals. The last part of the video gave a glimpse of their wedding reception with the family and friends.
The video showed an emotional Anurag Kashyap hugging his daughter at various instances. He was also seen crying and resting his head on his ex-wife, Aarti Bajaj’s shoulders. The couple’s reception was attended by many celebrities Manoj Bajpayee, Bobby Deol, Naga Chaitanya and Nawazuddin Siddiqui among others.
